The GLAO Annual Session will be held during ArtPrize in Grand Rapids! ArtPrize is an annual international art competition with exhibits held throughout the city of Grand Rapids. An outstanding program is being planned for both doctors and staff! In addition to what is sure to be a fantastic educational program, there will be multiple networking opportunities and an exhibit hall, featuring the latest in products and services! The Friday evening Social Event will be held at the B.O.B.! This will be an Annual Session for your entire team and you won't want to miss it!
Speakers for the program include: Dr. Christian Groth, Dr. Hera Kim Berman, Dr. Kaitrin Kramer, Dr. Kelton Stewart, Ms. Laura Cafik-Martin, Dr. Lisa Alvetro, and Dr. Riyad Al-Qawasmi.
The Keynote presentation will be provided by Mr. David Avrin, CSP, GSF. David is a Customer Experience speaker and consultant who helps organizations better understand and serve their changing customers and clients to help future-proof their businesses by becoming ridiculously easy to do business with. David has tremendous experience in the dental industry and his business insights have been featured on thousands of media outlets around the world. He is also the author of five books published in multiple languages including the acclaimed: It's Not Who You Know, It's Who Knows You!, Why Customers Leave (and How to Win Them Back) and his newest book: Ridiculously Easy to Do Business With: A practical guide to giving customers what they want—when and how they want it. Rates are $210/night plus tax for single, double, triple or quad occupancy and when reserving through the GLAO room block, rooms include complimentary WiFi access in the guest rooms.
